Pete brings over 30 years of experience leading product development, organizational transformation, and operational excellence across the manufacturing and technology sectors. Throughout his career, he has focused on the intersection of engineering and manufacturing, solving complex technical challenges during major technology shifts and scale-up phases. His track record includes heading electric vehicle implementation at Briggs & Stratton, where he led six distinct battery-electric turf care product final prototypes in just 18 months.

Pete brings a strategic, cross-functional mindset. He has spent recent years leading multi-site operations, implementing digital transformations, and upgrading quality systems, giving him a unique view of how engineering decisions impact the entire business.

Regarding his new role, Pete shared: “After broadening my perspective through operations leadership to deepen my understanding of full business impact, I am excited to step into this engineering leadership role at Acculon and Eco Battery to focus on bringing innovative battery products that meet the demands of the marketplace.
